Based in Toronto, our client is a a leader in the fields of healthcare strategy, organization performance management and e-health. This newly created position is a direct result of the company’s expansion and response to the growing needs of their clients.
As a member of the senior management team and reporting to the Managing Director, the Practice Leader will have a proven track record in business development and service delivery within the healthcare industry. With entrepreneurial energy and spirit, he/she possesses a natural ability to develop new client engagements while determining solutions to meet clients’ needs.
Specifically, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Ten to 15 years in the healthcare sector
- Demonstrated superior leadership abilities in a general management capacity with proven ability to grow a business
- Subject Matter Expertise either in e-Health or Strategy Consulting
- Proven success in scaling and building project teams
- Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong client focus and customer service attitude
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills
