We are currently leading the search for a Human Resources Business Partner on behalf of our client, a preeminent Canadian owned and operated insurance brokerage and consulting firm.

Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the Human Resources Business Partner will support and help create a best-in-class work environment and culture that encourages all team members to perform at the highest level of their abilities.


In addition, the Human Resources Business Partner will provide expertise in a wide range of HR programs in order to support our client’s strategic plan and business partners. The successful candidate will lead the HR function in their Ottawa office and may support other branches across the province as required.


The Human Resources Business Partner will lead full-cycle recruiting, coordinate the performance management and compensation processes, implement policies and procedures, lead health and safety and coordinate learning and development. This individual will also support managers and employees in relation to policies, procedures and codes of conduct and will execute on human capital communications, regulatory compliance and coordination of other HR programs as required.
