Platinum Update Guidelines:
1. The 2011 Update applies to Platinum level organizations. Platinum level organizations are permitted to retain the Canada’s 10 Most Admired Corporate Cultures designation for an additional two years (from the date of their original Canada’s 10 award), following a brief annual review of key performance indicators and other information.
2. The objective is for your organization to provide a short update with respect to key criteria of the awards program (see below). We would also appreciate your response to brief questions regarding your experience with the Canada's 10 Most Admired Corporate Cultures program.
3.The deadline for submitting the update is Monday, December 12, 2012. Please make your update via the online submission form below.
4. You may preview your answers by using the pulldown bar at the end of each field. Once you submit your update, please note that a copy will be emailed to the person whose contact information has been given. If you have any questions, please call 416 408 4545 x273 or contact Soomi Kwak.
5. Please answer each of the categories below.
6. Please note the word limit *PER* answer. Please only submit the content that is requested – additional collateral (e.g. photos, additional documents) is not required. If you refer to your organization's website, or to a specially-created microsite, or to any other external information within the body of its update, please note that this additional information may not be reviewed.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY: The update will be reviewed by Waterstone Human Capital and by a select subcommittee from our 2011 Canada’s 10 Most Admired Corporate Cultures Board of Governors.
