The Board of Governors will review key financial indicators provided by the nominated organization for the close of the last fiscal year. If your organization is a subsidiary or a private company that cannot provide financials, please provide key industry or other financial indicators.

Ideally, your key performance indicators will be written into the body of your answer. However, you are permitted, in this section only, to include an attachment of *summarized* results. Please note: only one attachment is allowed per submission, with a 2-page maximum (please use the attachment option below, should you choose to include an attachment).

Please also note: Any information that is comparative in nature (e.g. industry or sector comparisons) is particularly helpful in determining related performance.

Please note: should you use the back button to make changes, you will need to re-upload any files you may have attached.

An outstanding organization promotes a culture that supports organizational and individual involvement in overcoming community, social and environmental issues. How has the nominated organization done so? Please provide examples.
